Proffee:  The Easiest and Most Efficient Breakfast

We’ve all heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  However, with what is almost certainly an increasingly busier schedule, it is often overlooked, hastily consumed over the sink, or worst of all, a doughnut from the break room because you’re starving by 10 AM. 

However, paying attention to the nutritional content of our morning meal can have a significant impact on our overall health and well-being.

Not only does a healthy breakfast help you stay focused through the morning, but it sets you up for making healthy decisions all day.

So….the ideal breakfast is nutritious and convenient (especially if you’re not a morning person!) and goes well with your cup of coffee.
